If treatment is suitable, your practitioner explains the plan and asks for your consent first. If it isn't, they explain why and your fee is refunded. Some treatments need approval before they can start; your practitioner arranges this.
You decide together
After your consultation, follow-up appointments and any prescriptions are managed in your secure patient portal. Partner pharmacies dispense and deliver to your door.

Your consultation isn't rushed. Your practitioner wants to understand your health, what you have tried and what matters to you.

Every option is explained in plain words, with its benefits and risks, so you can decide together.
